They are in charge of developing strategies and implementing solutions to increase company profitability and productivity. One of the IT project administrator's main functions is overseeing junior staff, providing guidance and discipline as needed. IT project administrators develop project plans and review their completion at regular time intervals, as well as ensure that projects are documented accurately for future reference. They must work effectively with other administrators to ensure proper project delivery and continuity.
