Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) - (City withheld for privacy), Michigan, United States
Having 15 years experience and working for a man just promoted / had never been a boss, was a challenge. He had 5 years experience and was very hesistant to make necessary decisions. By taking control, I insulted my boss and lost my job. Learning how to lead someone to a decision and letting go of control would have possibly saved my job.
