Job Description for Prosthodontist

Prosthodontists are dentists who have focused on the many ways of replacing lost teeth and removing severely damaged teeth. They have all the skills and training of standard dentists, but have chosen to make this aspect of dentistry their specialty. As is normal for dentists, they are able to analyze dental problems and treat issues involving teeth, including dealing with cavities, straightening teeth, performing corrective surgery, and dealing with gum issues.
