Job Description for Quality Assurance (QA) Management Supervisor, Service Industry

  • Work with management to discipline, correct, and/or re-train employees following policy violations.
  • Track, analyze, and lead initiatives for quality and customer complaint issues within the department
  • Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, sampling and sanitation activities
  • Identify problematic areas and develop appropriate training programs to improve performance.
