Job Description for Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, Service Industry

  • Ensure practices meet health and safety regulations and update programs to reflect changes in regulations.
  • Develop and implement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs.
  • Train and supervise quality assurance employees, assign tasks, and evaluate their performance.
  • Direct quality assurance programs and ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.
