Job Description for Radiology Aide/Transporter

  • Assist technologist with film processing, and maintenance of files.
  • Assist in transferring patients to and from exam and scanning tables or wheelchairs.
  • Collect and route film requests, imaging equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare room, supplies and equipment for x-ray procedures.
  • Transport radiology patients to and from clinics, rooms and vehicles as needed.
