Real estate consultants are responsible for advising clients regarding investments in the real estate market, and may also work as realtors who help clients sell and/or buy properties. They must also be familiar with all relevant zoning laws, and analytical and problem-solving skills are also helpful.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is generally required for this position, and prior experience in the field is highly beneficial.
