A real estate paralegal reports to an attorney, prepares/reviews real estate documents, and ensures that communication always flows smoothly between lawyers and buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents. A real estate paralegal can work for various parties in the real estate field, be they buyers or sellers, but the ability to adhere to deadlines is essential for ensuring that properties are closed on time.
