DaVita Inc. Reviews

What is it like working as a Registered Nurse (RN) at DaVita Inc.?

Registered Nurse (RN) in Jesup:
"One of the hardest jobs in nursing."
Pros: Overall good working rapport with fellow teammates, not boring in the least, Have two VERY awesome bosses.
Cons: Very high acuity patients, tremendous hour cut since starting (from 80 hours+ to barely making 70), very poor appreciation from upper management in terms of timely raises to keep up with inflation (just in the region I work, I cannot speak for the other regions).

Registered Nurse (RN) in Milwaukee:
"Time is flexible, empowered employee."
Pros: Flexible time, employee is empowered, facility administrator leadership.
Cons: Professional culture, unprofessional employees, no rapport.

Registered Nurse (RN) in Charleston:
"Long Hours."
Pros: Independence, interesting, challenging at times.
Cons: Long hours, under staffed and no incentive or bonus for overtime. 16-20 hr days with short staffing I think deserve critical staffing bonus.
