Bayada Nursing Reviews

What is it like working as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Bayada Nursing?

Registered Nurse (RN) in St. Paul:
"Satisfactory."
Pros: I love taking care of my clients. Their happiness and ability to live a better life because of their nurses makes my job worthwhile.
Cons: The pay isn't great. The benefits are terrible. I don't even get paid time off. I feel like I will never get a raise because we rely mostly on government payers and they keep cutting our budget.
