Job Description for Rehabilitation Manager

Most of the time, rehabilitation managers work for public or private hospitals. However, they may work for rehabilitation clinics, or they may manage their own business. Rehabilitation managers must be licensed in occupational therapy (OT) or physical therapy (PO). Rehabilitation managers are responsible for program staffing, clinical programs, and program development. Rehabilitation managers must follow their companies’ procedures, policies, and guidelines when treating their patients. They must also follow government regulations relevant to occupational therapy and physical therapy services.
