Job Description for Residential Treatment Program Manager

Residential treatment program managers are responsible for managing the administrative and clerical aspects of a treatment facility, as well as providing assistance to patients with substance abuse problems, mental health disorders, and learning/development disabilities. These managers are typically tasked with supervising the patients' treatment teams and overseeing the care provided, which involves providing training, mentoring, and support to the staff, and they are also responsible for ensuring that the staff is in compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and policies. They usually report to an executive director in the facility.
