Most of the industry is still male, while there are women in safety, the majority of drivers are still men. But it is an amazing career, I work with compliance issues, hire, train and when necessary terminate. I handle Auto-liability and workers compensation, I develop our reports and do both driver, office and satellite training. The job is limitless and very rewarding.
