Sales support associates are responsible for selling products to customers and providing those customers with any assistance as needed during the sales process. Additionally, they help develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat customers. Sales support associates must meet company goals (such as those related to sales) and work within company guidelines and regulations at all times.
