What is it like working as a Salesperson / Salesman / Saleswoman?

Salesperson / Salesman / Saleswoman in Marysville:
""I'm only here so I don't get fined"!"
Pros: I enjoy being apart of people's projects. I enjoy the challenge. My sales team of support when needed. Of course the shop workers. There are more to list for sure!
Cons: Low PAY RATE! Poor management. No advancement opportunity. Favoritism. No profit sharing. No commission. Every order is hand written from start to finish (No computer programs or tracking). Unsafe working conditions. Small sales desk / areas. Filing system, (every order you make gets mixed with everyone's). Bonus never reflecting my every month sales increase. Foul mouth staff. Staff always ordering food and eating at desk. Company not treated as a whole with two locations. Coworkers not doing the lifting as we all should be doing. Stress.
