Problem solving and process management issues take up more time than actual job duties, making it hard to meet critical deadlines. Strengthen critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities.

Go for all the experience. Find your mentors and be one. Get your education. A bachelor's or master's degree will be helpful. APICS certification will be useful so take those as electives. Get your six sigma black belt if possible. Get your passport and go live a good life!
