Senior electronics engineers must have strong communication skills and work well in a team setting, as they frequently discuss their ideas with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers. Strong communication skills are also needed for the projects themselves, as a senior electronics engineer frequently works with a team of engineers, technicians, and information technology staff members.
