"Get it in writing!"
The short version is...promises were made that I asked to have in writing. I accepted the job prior to that written promise and now in two years, my boss who made the promises is gone. I have had no review, no raise, no bonus and no way of knowing how one has the opportunity to achieve anything at this company. I have gone all the way up to the President and still have no answers.
