What is it like working as a Senior Network Coordinator, IT?

Senior Network Coordinator, IT in Columbia Falls:
"Both Wonderful and stressful."
Pros: I really don't report to anyone, I can do some of my work at home, and for the most part it is highly appreciated.
Cons: School network mostly shuts down every spring and has to start rapidly in the fall. Almost like a rebuild of the network every year. Most district computers are taken apart in the spring and have to be put back together and operating in a few days in the fall. Can be very stressful.
