Senior Procurement Manager Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Senior Procurement Manager?

Senior Procurement Manager in Dallas:
"Great Work Environment."
Pros: The team I have is great. You can also receive more responsibilities if you ask for them and are willing to work hard.
Cons: Promotions are slow in coming for some departments, the bridge between white collar and blue collar workers is every widening(income, treatment, opportunity), and there is not enough ethnic diversity in white collar staff or in leadership positions.
