Job: Spot Welder (United States)

This is what happened to me: They hired me to be a spot welder to finish a job. They would use you as many days as they wanted to and turn you loose. I know more about welding because of training. Some of the co-workers didn't like that. They turned several people loose before and up until the job order was complete, while they were promising a full time job. How can this be changed, I dont have any one to help me with rent and interrupted temp service work. I end up back on the street.
