These consultants typically work with hiring managers to seek out new talent and post a role, followed by sourcing and recruiting the perfect candidate for the role. They then interview potential candidates to ensure they are suitable at every stage before being hired, and they work primarily in an office setting while some also travel to different locations to search for new talent. They may also work with a range of people, from clients of all ages to human resources and other staff members within the company. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two to four years of experience in recruiting are generally required for this position.
