Job Description for Technical Engineer

Technical engineers are responsible for making sure that the products produced by their organization meet standards related to quality and efficiency; they do this by performing analysis of the product and also by analyzing the process(es) by which the product was produced. Additionally, technical engineers must investigate any issues that arise while examining products and processes, resolving those issues in an effective, efficient manner. These professionals are also in charge of supporting a safe work environment, helping ensure the safety of employees and products. They may also be in charge of creating and delivering presentations to managers and other employees as needed. This is generally a full-time position, with potential for overtime and travel depending on the needs of the employer.
