Job: Unit Clerk (United States)

I worked for this company for one year. I was shocked that I lasted that long. I was working 100 hours every week just to bring home a decent check. I was on top of my job. I made my business to know how everything worked. Then come this girl who was lied about everything. I tried to train her but she would sit in the corner with her arms folded looking up at the ceiling. Then one day she called my supervisor and told her I was not training her and that I would not talk to her unless she asked me a question. I called the supervisor back and told her to remove this person from my floor immediately. She was removed and everything was fine again. Then they sent her back to the floor to work a different shift. As soon as that happened she started removing all of my posted notes for the nurses. Removing books that we keep on the floor for reference, because she said they made the floor look messy. This witch told my supervisor that I was making it hard for her to work there. We were both told to come in the office and discuss the matter. This idiot starts acting like she's the victim. I had with her and my job and I told this girl where she could go and how to get there. Needless to say they fired me because she went crying to the Head Witch in Charge. They give me that little speech saying they will not release my record or tell what really happened. But I have can't put any applications in for employment at several hospitals. I have tried several times and it always comes back as an error in their system and my application did not go through.
