Skills

Knowledge of Employee Relations seems to be related to bigger paychecks; in fact, skilled alumni bring in salaries that are 71 percent more than their former classmates' salaries (approximately $88K). Microsoft Office is a popular skill among BSC alumni, with slightly less than one-fifth of workers reporting using it on the job. Competency in Microsoft Excel, Project Management, and Customer Service also warrants excellent retribution.

Benefits and Perks

Paid time off due to illness is less common here than paid vacation time, just over two-fifths of respondents report receiving the former, whereas just a majority of respondents report receiving the latter.
