Proficiency in Project Management, Engineering Design, and Autodesk AutoCAD command top-of-the-line rewards as well.

Benefits and Perks

Although more than half of survey participants are compensated for vacation days, only one in three grads are paid for sick time. A strong majority of survey participants plan for retirement by taking advantage of a company-sponsored 401(k) program. Health coverage is awarded to a fair number of alumni, and dental insurance is issued to a majority of the survey participants as well. Graduates of Boise State University are also recipients of life insurance, a casual working environment, tuition reimbursement, and flexible hours.
