With a median annual earnings of $138K per year, former Broncos who have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Management & Leadership are the best paid among the alumni population. Average annual salaries for those with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Business Economics are the lowest of the pack, earning $28K.

Skills

Former Broncos with Operations Management experience garner salaries that are 57 percent more than other grads' salaries. Project Management is a popular skill among Boise State alumni, with close to an eighth of workers reporting using it on the job. Other top skills include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Data Analysis.

Benefits and Perks

A lucky minority (about two-fifths of alumni) are fortunate enough to be compensated for vacation while just one in four survey participants get sick time.
