About a sixth of grads report using Microsoft Excel as part of their job, making it the most popular skill. Experience with Project Management, Engineering Design, and Windows Operating System General Use is highly valued as well.

Benefits and Perks

More than half of alumni can rely on paid vacation days, but just one-third of alumni have the luxury of paid sick time. A strong majority of former students set aside retirement funds in an employer-sponsored 401(k). A strong majority of respondents enjoy benefits like health insurance, while a majority of former students receive dental plans, too. Graduates of Boise State University are also recipients of a casual working environment, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible hours.
