A strong majority of grads have medical plans, and a majority of alumni have dental insurance. A fair number of alums opt for a 401(k) to save for retirement. Additional benefits handed to California State University alumni include a casual working environment, a company-subsidized cell phone, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
