Benefits and Perks

Though nearly half of the respondents get paid time off for vacation, only one in three grads receive paid sick leave. Dental insurance applies to a majority of former students, and a strong majority of survey participants report health coverage. A fair number of alums take advantage of a 401(k) plan. California State University alumni are rewarded with additional benefits, such as life insurance, a casual working environment, a company-subsidized cell phone, and tuition reimbursement.
