A medical degree will compensate Campbell grads at a much higher rate than other degrees — these alums rake in $118K on average per year. Average annual salaries for those with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Accounting are the lowest of the pack, earning around $45K.


For former Fighting Camels, proficiency in Retail Pharmacy warrants a paycheck that is 82 percent more than other alumni salaries. Many Campbell grads have knowledge of Customer Service, with roughly one in ten alumni using this program on the clock. Experience with Project Management, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel is highly valued as well.

Benefits and Perks

A lucky minority (about two-fifths of alumni) are fortunate enough to be compensated for vacation while just one-third of alumni get sick time. Health benefits extend to a strong majority of survey participants, and more than half of graduates also receive dental coverage. To plan for old age, a strong majority of respondents maintain savings accounts through a company's 401(k) plan.
