More than half of respondents earn paid vacation and paid sick time. A strong majority of survey participants have medical plans, and a fair number of grads have dental insurance. A fair number of former students set up a 401(k) to save for retirement. Central Washington University grads also enjoy benefits like a casual working environment, life insurance, flexible hours, and stock purchase plan.
Among alumni of similar schools, Montana State University grads (who make an average of $49K) earn salaries most similar to CWU alumni. Other schools similar to CWU include Western Oregon University, Humboldt State University, and Minot State University.
