Operations Management is a popular skill among ECU alumni, with close to a tenth of workers reporting using it on the job. Other top skills include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management, and Customer Service.

Benefits and Perks

As for time away from work, close to half of the survey participants are compensated for vacation days, but only one in three grads can take paid time off due to illness. A strong majority of respondents enjoy benefits like health insurance, while a majority of former students receive dental plans, too. A strong majority of grads allocate some part of their earnings to a company-sponsored 401(k) savings plan. East Carolina University alumni are also on the receiving end of life insurance, a casual working environment, a company-subsidized cell phone, and free drinks.
