Microsoft Office is a common skill among Hope alumni — nearly one in four grads mention using it at work. Autodesk AutoCAD commands a pay premium of 3 percent for Hope College grads.
Benefits and Perks
Just two-fifths of alumni enjoy paid vacation and merely one in five survey participants get paid sick time. Nearly all respondents take advantage of a 401(k) plan. Health coverage is awarded to nearly all alumni, and dental insurance is issued to more than half of graduates as well. Additional benefits handed to Hope College alumni include a casual working environment, life insurance, and a company-subsidized cell phone.
Beloit College graduates, who earn approximately $52K on average, make a similar amount to Hope grads. Kalamazoo College, Albion College, and Alma College are also similar to Hope.
