A few fields in which grads tend to find work include the oil drilling, pump, and oilfield supplies manufacturing industry, the health care services industry, and software as a service (SAAS) development. The most highly represented industry among alumni is the oil and gas field services industry. Less than five percent of HBU grads move into religious service — it is the road least traveled for this demographic. The average salary for a grad from HBU is $59K.

Male graduates of HBU out-earn their female counterparts significantly, earning an average of around $70K versus $56K for women.

The most lucrative professionals among HBU alumni are Purchasing Coordinators; they earn a median annual salary of about $54K. Also nearing the top of the pay scale at approximately $51K are Human Resources Managers. Assistant Editors wrap up the bottom of the pay scale, earning $32K.
