Benefits and Perks

Half of the graduates can rely on paid vacation days, but just two-fifths of alumni have the luxury of paid sick time. A fair number of respondents have medical plans, and a majority of the survey participants have dental insurance. A strong majority of grads participate in a 401(k) program.
