Many ISU grads have knowledge of Project Management, with one in seven alumni using this program on the clock. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Office, and Operations Management command top-of-the-line rewards as well.

Benefits and Perks

Half of the graduates can rely on paid vacation days, but just two-fifths of alumni have the luxury of paid sick time. A fair number of respondents have medical plans, and a majority of the survey participants have dental insurance. A strong majority of grads participate in a 401(k) program. Indiana State University alumni are also on the receiving end of life insurance, a casual working environment, a company-subsidized cell phone, and tuition reimbursement.
