A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Studies will compensate KSU grads at a much higher rate than other degrees — these alums rake in around $97K on average per year. The degree that warrants the lowest level of financial compensation is a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Marketing (MKTG) (approximately $35K on average annually).


Proficiency in Microsoft Office is common among KSU alumni, and when it comes to using it on the job, nearly one in six former students report doing so. Knowledge of Project Management seems to be related to bigger paychecks; in fact, skilled alumni bring in salaries that are 35 percent more than their former classmates' salaries ($70K). Also considered top-notch skills are Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, and Data Analysis.

Though just under half of the graduates get paid time off for vacation, only one in three grads receive paid sick leave. A large number of grads participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
