Benefits and Perks

Just under half of the survey participants report receiving paid vacation days, but just one-fifth of alumni are paid for sick leave. It is no small feat that a large number of graduates are given health coverage, and a strong majority of grads accept dental insurance. Most alums allocate some part of their earnings to a company-sponsored 401(k) savings plan. Additional perks enjoyed by Lawrence University grads include a casual working environment, a company-subsidized cell phone, life insurance, and flexible hours.
