MO State alumni are often well versed in Microsoft Excel, with one-eighth of grads ending up in jobs that require this skillset. Knowledge of Data Analysis seems to be related to bigger paychecks; in fact, skilled alumni bring in salaries that are 38 percent more than their former classmates' salaries ($63K). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Data Analysis command top-of-the-line rewards as well.

Benefits and Perks

Approximately half of the alumni can rely on paid vacation days, but just one-third of alumni have the luxury of paid sick time. For this school, most former students are the recipients of health benefits, and more than half of respondents pick up dental plans, too. A large number of respondents save up for retirement through a 401(k) plan.
