Only about two-fifths of alumni enjoy paid vacation and one in five survey participants receive sick leave. Health benefits extend to a large number of survey participants, and the larger part of respondents also receive dental coverage. To plan for old age, a large number of graduates maintain savings accounts through a company's 401(k) plan. Graduates of Missouri State University are also recipients of life insurance, a casual working environment, a company-subsidized cell phone, and flexible hours.
