Graduates of MSU are found working in a number of different fields including clinical care, the education industry, and the veterinary care industry. The health care industry registers as the most common industry among alumni. Typical pay for those who graduated from MSU amounts to $46K.

After graduation, disparities in salary rise to the surface — males tend to earn around $57K per year compared to females' about $37K.

The most lucrative professionals among MSU alumni are Information Technology Directors; they earn a median annual salary of $104K. Also approaching the top of the pay scale at $60K and approximately $59K are Financial Controllers and Senior Financial Analysts. Collecting the smallest paychecks are Case Managers — they bring in $29K.

Lexington is a hub for MSU graduates — a large number call this city home. Columbus is also a common destination for MSU grads and offers the best pay with a median salary of $78K. On the other end, MSU grads flock to Ashland, which actually offers the weakest median salaries of approximately $30K. Cincinnati is also a top pick, as is Louisville.

Benefits and Perks

Only one in three grads earn paid vacation and just one in three grads get paid sick time.
