Benefits and Perks
Paid time off due to illness is less common here than paid vacation time, a little less than a third of alums report receiving the former, whereas just a majority of respondents report receiving the latter. A large number of alums opt for a 401(k) to save for retirement. Health insurance benefits extend to a large number of grads, and approximately half of the respondents sign up for dental plans. Oral Roberts University alumni are rewarded with additional benefits, such as flexible hours, a company-subsidized cell phone, free drinks, and a casual working environment.
University of Saint Francis graduates, who earn approximately $55K on average, make a similar amount to ORU grads. The University of Evansville, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and Spring Hill College are also similar to ORU.
