Paid vacation days are a given for just over half of the survey participants, but only one in three grads are rewarded with paid sick leave. A large number of respondents take advantage of a 401(k) plan. Most survey participants receive health insurance, and the larger part of graduates get dental coverage. Other benefits that Oral Roberts University alumni receive are a company-subsidized cell phone, a casual working environment, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
