Pace alumni can most commonly be found in the health care industry, the education industry, and the accounting, auditing and tax services industry, though they are employed throughout a wide range of sectors. The majority of alumni accept jobs in the financial services industry. In line with impressive SAT scores, Pace grads also report top-earning positions in the workforce. Pace graduates see an estimated starting salary of about $77K.


After graduation, disparities in salary rise to the surface — males tend to earn approximately $85K per year compared to females' around $69K.


The biggest paychecks among Pace alumni are earned by Finance Directors — these former students make $143K per year. The next biggest paychecks go to Corporate Controllers ($95K) and Physician Assistants ($91K). Collecting the smallest paychecks are Staff Accountants — they bring in $50K.


Pace alumni do not feel the need to relocate after graduation, and about one-half of grads find stable employment in New York. The top-paying city popular with Pace alumni is Atlanta, which offers median salaries of about $107K. Though White Plains takes the cake for lowest pay among Pace grads (the median salary is $71K there), it remains a common destination for former students. Degree Major

Financial compensation is highest for Pace grads with a Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Jurisprudence, or Master of Law (LLM) (earnings climb to approximately $140K per year). Graduates holding a B.A. in Communication fare the worst in terms of compensation with yearly salaries of $46K.


Pace University grads with Operations Management experience garner salaries that are 56 percent more than other grads' salaries. Microsoft Office is a popular skill among Pace alumni, with around one in eight workers reporting using it on the job. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project Management, and Financial Analysis command top-of-the-line rewards as well.

Benefits and Perks

Only two-fifths of alumni earn paid vacation and just one-fourth of alumni get paid sick time.
