Many Pace alumni seem to stick around New York after wrapping up their studies; about one-half of grads remain to find permanent work. It is no surprise that San Francisco, Calif., which hands out the biggest paychecks (the average salary is around $128K), is another of the most popular spots for former Pace students. Home to the lowest median salary for Pace alumni is White Plains, N.Y., a popular place for former students despite its $75K average paycheck. Other popular cities include Stamford, Conn. and Atlanta, Ga.

Though vacation and sick days are paid for some, these benefits are reported by the minority of graduates (one-third of alumni and one-fourth of alumni, respectively). Health benefits extend to a large number of alumni, and a strong majority of alums also receive dental coverage. Most survey participants save up for retirement through a 401(k) plan. Pace University grads also enjoy benefits like life insurance, a casual working environment, a company-subsidized cell phone, and tuition reimbursement.
