Graduates of Samford head into a range of vocations when it comes to work; clinical care, the financial services industry, and law are just a few professional areas popular among alumni. The most popular professional field seems to be the health care industry. Samford graduates in the education industry industry are hard pressed to find, with less than five percent of former students taking up work in this field. Microsoft Office is a popular skill among Samford alumni, with approximately one-tenth of workers reporting using it on the job. Knowledge of Operations Management seems to be related to bigger paychecks; in fact, skilled alumni bring in salaries that are nearly double their former classmates' salaries ($113K). Other top skills include Microsoft Excel, Project Management, and Financial Reporting.

Benefits and Perks

Lacking in the benefits department, just half of the alumni report compensation for sick days and only one-fourth of alumni get vacation time.
