Pros: Outdoors, meeting with targets, teamwork, built environment, creativity.
Cons: Dusty environment, health hazards, weather conditions, bad quality of materials.

Pros: Better experience and training when it comes to new technology and as well better salary.
Cons: Municipal tenders specially on local, they dont pay well.
