"Graphic Design Summary."
Pros: Its a small start up company that has lots of promise to grow and become a successful company that corners the markets in mobile applications.
Cons: Its a small start up company and the room for growth and promotion is slim to none. You have to endure little pay and hard work for many years until the company takes off in the right direction. There is no promotion and furthering ones skills set. Its the same work over and over and you don't get exposed to knew projects.

Graphic Designer in Cape Town:
Pros: The office environment is generally very pleasant, and you have the opportunity to learn directly from superiors.
Cons: Very little space to climb a corporate ladder. Often working overtime with no extra pay. Otten creativity is hampered by client input.

Pros: I love working in a team, I flourish when I have people to bounce ideas off. I feel a person grow the best with someone who can help you grow. I like work flexibility, as well as variety of different work types, especially in the Design environment. Pros: Clients design work and environment are all ideal. The type of work I do is very client based and always celebrates a beautiful occasion. Everyday is something different and the design trends are constantly changing. I appreciate and value that I can use a variety of print and production processes such as hot foil, letter pressing and laser cutting.
Cons: Poor time management within our office environment. Design work is unequally weighted which makes for a stressful environment, No employer/employee heirachy.
