Management Accountant Reviews

What is it like working as a Management Accountant?

Management Accountant in Johannesburg:
"Oganizational Culture And Flexibility."
Pros: Exposure to a great array of business functions, not only in theory, but also the opportunity to do functional tasks with regards to these functional business areas.
Cons: No flexible working hours, even though the technology allows for me to work from home when necessary. Management does not effectively deal with change management, which drastically influenced the organizational culture for the worst.
