What is it like working as a PHP Web Developer?

PHP Web Developer in Johannesburg:
"Creative but Stressful."
Pros: I get to be creative on a very intellectual level. I also have a very comfortable working environment, it is very casual.
Cons: I don't like the stress that comes with the job sometimes, especially since I am the only Web Developer. If something needs to get done, I am the only one who can do it, and that could get too much real quick.
