You need to be very patient, have a good memory for figures, names and telephone numbers. Take down correct information to pass on to the correct extension. Remember your co-worker's job title and extension. Correct spelling, bilingual. Always be friendly when receiving guests and visitors. Dress smart, be well-groomed to have confidence and to be treated well. Be always aware of your stationery in cupboard. Never tell somebody you forgot to order pens or paper - keep stock! Good knowledge of WORD, Excel and e-mail correspondence. Be on time and be prepared to do work during lunch hour.
