During Payscale’s 2021 annual Compference event, Payscale and Vista teamed up to present on how, in the wake of COVID-19, Vista used Payscale MarketPay with geo differentials to develop a new employee location-based pay strategy that would support a remote-first workplace to enable the organization to “hire from anywhere”.

The presentation includes a full explanation of how Vista approached remote work as a comprehensive policy, including cross-collaboration between HR and a myriad of business partners, an entirely new way of looking at talent management, and a new compensation strategy that could more easily accommodate a distributed remote workforce.
