Assistant managers of customer service facilitate the operations of the customer service department by communicating goals to employees and training them to properly handle customer-service situations. The assistant manager must maintain close relationships with the entire customer service team and provide instruction and help as needed. They also are expected to work alongside other administration to coordinate departmental efforts.
