The project manager must maintain high standards of quality, so it is important to oversee all steps of the process. Customer service skills are important, in order to be able to gain customer satisfaction and to acquire future jobs. The project manager will work with clients before and throughout the project, in order to review what work will be done and what work has been done. Leadership skills come in handy, as the project manager will be overseeing the work of many different employees and parties. It is important to be able to make sure that safety guidelines are being adhered to by all parties.
