The spa manager oversees the day-to-day functions of their beauty establishment. They ensure that the customer receives a satisfactory experience by attending to their needs and addressing concerns as they arise, as well as supervise employees to ensure they have the skills and tools necessary to help clients. Additionally, the spa manager handles operational aspects of the business, from employee management tasks (such as hiring, firing, and scheduling) to ensuring that the business is operating within the parameters of state and local laws.
